Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• All tags and seals must be intact.

• We are unable to accept returns on used or opened products due to hygiene reasons.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at lipfidence@store.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions and return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

• For all other returns (such as change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. If the order has already shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and initiate a return.
